Quality assurance (QA) or quality management (QM) is essential for private and public higher education providers. No functioning QM management system results in not being accredited which translates into no licence to operate.

I have had various roles in quality assurance for higher education institutions such as CEO in charge of Quality Management, Dean, Quality Manager, and Consultant. Up to now, thumbs crossed, 100% success rate.
